Support for automatically applying promotions to Microsoft products during purchase

AppDirect now provides support for automatically applying promotional pricing to Microsoft products during purchase. The promotional pricing is automatically applied when a customer is eligible and has added an eligible Microsoft offer to their cart.

The promotion is applied only in the following cases:

• Checkout v1 and v2
• Update v1 and v2
• At Renewal
• Opportunities

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
